BHSS Transport Terms & Conditions
Date/Time
Due to popular demand, BHSS transport services are not always available at your desired times and it is recommended that transport bookings are made well in advance of the event date.
BHSS Transport Services are only available during our standard operating hours
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 10.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays: 10.00am to 4.00pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: by appointment only
Access to Venues & Events
Delivery and collection by BHSS Transport is made only to loading docks and secure ground floor locations within 20 metres of the parked transport vehicle. For those venues that have special load-in requirements the client will be required to arrange their own labour to handle these movements both on delivery and upon collection.
To ensure a timely and efficient transport service, access to the venue must be clearly arranged with both BHSS Transport and also with Venue Management.

Sub-Contractor Services
BHSS Transport can provide you with a list of local technicians with transport that may be able to supply your transport requirements. BHSS will not arrange or guarantee the services of these sub-contractors. Please email Sydney or Melbourne for more information.
Technical Services
Billy Hyde Stages Systems have access to many of Australia’s most qualified and respected technicians, both in-house and as part of our extensive professional network and as part of this we are now offering the following new services, setting and packing down of hired backline equipment, stage technicians, drum technicians, guitar technicians, backline and stage
managers as well as our delivery service.
Should your event require the services of these technicians the request should be made well in advance of the event date and you will need to provide us with an accurate stage plot. Due to the busy nature of the industry Billy Hyde cannot guarantee that we will have a tech available for your event.
